His background spans enterprise transformation, ERP and finance transformation, cloud migration, programme recovery and large-scale operational change across a range of industries including financial services, insurance, telecommunications and professional services.

Prior to founding Blackstream Consulting, Alister worked across consultancy and enterprise delivery environments supporting large-scale business and technology transformation programmes
